12. Warranty and Quality

Elloir offers a limited warranty of 6 months against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, or exposure to elements beyond normal use. If you believe your item is defective, contact us with photos and your order number.
